frostbolt purchased an Authority package from my BST. Work was delivered on time. He even left positive feedback in my thread and via PM.

He has made no contact since that PM.

On 6th September, frostbolt report the payment as unauthorised via Paypal.

I purchased more than one site from ijonnyx only one was delivered. The second one was delayed and delayed then no response. If you see his thread there are a number of customers that aren't happy with ijonnyx he started off doing excellent work but I believe he took on more than he could handle. I gave him ample time to finish the project past his 7 day window with no other option but to get my money back.

Can confirm, frostbolt is correct.

For some reason, the order never came through on woocommerce. I didn't know an order has been placed. I will refund the amount once Paypal have resolved the case.

Apologies for escalating it this far.

About your sales thread - it appears abandoned as you have not posted in there in over a month and there are numerous people complaining in it.

Are you still selling there and if so could you please pop in there and address some of the posts?

I've looked through all the transactions on my PayPal in the month of August. There's no record of you purchasing a package on August 3rd as shown in your first "screenshot".

The transaction on July 25th was legitimate. It was completed and delivered on time. As acknowledged in your PM and review in my thread. You then opened a case on Paypal for this transaction as an unauthorised payment. Which it definitely wasn't unauthorised and it was completed.

At first, I thought woocommerce had bugged and it had no record of the second payment. I've since checked paypal and there's no record there either.

@frostbolt What is the transaction ID for the second payment (Aug 3rd)?
