Payment provider with Magento gateway w/o asking questions

I'm setting up a few Magento shops right now and now I'm looking for a payment provider:

- Must be possible to open an account without providing ID, passport etc. The only thing I would provide if really needed are company documents.
- Must transfer the money to bank accounts in Belize and EU.
- There should be a Magento gateway, I could create one myself but it would take me a lot of time which I don't have atm.
- Should be possible to get everyting running without waiting for weeks, sending letters, etc.
- Of course I don't want them to steal my money so please no providers who have just been founded or are not reliable.

Edit: The more payment options they provide the better!

You could use a stealth PayPal account that is not in your name to do this.
