Will google take the kind of visa or mastercard you buy at a pharmacy to give as a gift or does it need to be a credit card from a bank?

They will not take Gift Cards from the grocery or pharmacy unfortunately.

any idea of the best way to create a new payment profile without going into a bank and opening an account?
