So I have had some problems with Paypal for my business...its just a bit sketchy to use but I can't really live without it. Paypal will randomly limit my account after I make some sales and ask for more information and sometimes I just end up making a new one and the process repeats, etc.
Also I'm dealing with intangibles and chargebacks will indefinitely occur.
I've really been looking for alternative solutions...payment gateways that will take paypal but don't require a newly made paypal account. Unfortunately I cannot completely remove paypal as a payment option as that will drain my sales.
I've been looking at PayproGlobal and Avangate but I can't find the information on fees....I called PayProGlobal and asked but for some reason the guy didn't understand me...wanted me to spell out the word "fees" to him and still had no idea what that meant...etc.
Does anybody have any experience with either of these (or others) that can help me out?? I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
