First of all the online payment by credit card usually takes a 3 days. In moment of payment the acquirer just authorize your card and block necessary amount . Payment receiver obtain funds from payment after 3 days only. So if some peocessor talk about instant withdrawal/, usually it means the new withdrawal request on dashboard only. But real money will be sent to your bank account after 2-3 days or will be hold alternatively. this rule applies to all wallets too.

There are many of them, but it's hard to check their legitimacy. They can run with your money!
