Payment processor without many limitations?

I don't want to give up the niche but does anybody know of a payment processor that doesn't charge monthly (or low amount) that doesn't prohibit many types of products?

Nothing illegal of course, and legitimate commerce.

Doesn't have to be USA based but I would need to be able to accept credit cards directly for this project to work and I can't use my normal ones like stripe or paypal for this.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Payza and CCAvenue works great in this term but am afraid of category blacklisting even these gateways having some banned business categories
