Payment processor with no refunds and lowest fees?

I am not 100% sure, but seems that the TransferWise is the most better solutions to handle all the payments from customers. No refunds, very low fees, all kind of different currencies etc. Does anyone use it?

I was running penny auction business and there was very lot's of refunds I was using 5 different payment processors and when I was going to use Skrill, then refunds dropped more than 90%
