I plan on using paypal as my primary payment processor...but...I really want a strict no refund policy, I do not want to go through the dispute hassle.

My question is...IS THERE a payment processor that doesn't do that dispute garbage between buyer and seller...where a deal is a deal, absolutely no refunds due to the nature of the product.

refunds are primarily your duties. you as the account holder of the processor have control over refunds. however, what your clients might do is chargebacks if you dont allow them to return your product(s) in which case most merchant accounts will shut you down if you go over 1-2% chargeback ratios.

but in terms of giving refunds, thats up to you buddy. but just remember, the less upfront disclosures you have, the more possibility of chargebacks.

You can go with LibertyReserve, Perfect Money and all those e-wallets - they have a almost 100% chargeback protection and is the first choice of the many out there which sells services and products in the "grey zone" ...

if you don't plan to scam peole then paypal is fine Lol. And paypal won't return money for buyer if they do disputes because they don't do that for digital products. Only in case of chargeback you can loose your money but that happen very rarely

I would be curious to see how a Credit Card company with a head office in Costa Rica might have a negative impact on conversion.

Personnaly, as a consumer I would note use my CC with LibertyReserve but I am sure that some uninformed consumers might not care.
