Payment Processor for eCommerce (without holds)

Hey,
I've been doing "branded" dropshipping for quite a while using a local (I live in a foreign country, not US or EU) payment processor, with the average of around 2,500 - 3,000 orders per month (soon we will expand more). Our chargeback rate is around 1.5% to 2.5% on average.

Sadly, I won't be able to use the same payment processor anymore. I opened an LLC and got EIN as well, and soon will open bank account in Mercury. I plan on using Stripe or WooPayments (for woocommerce).

I've heard horrible stuff about them (huge holds etc), so I would like to get recommendations to any payment processors you know that might support this kind of business.

I don't have ITIN or SSN and cannot get one.

I have heard about Shopify Payments, and their percentage reserve - which is okay but sadly I am not using Shopify.

I've collected a few possible solutins, would love to hear your thoughts
1) create multiple stripe accounts and swap them every time i reach a certain revenue
2) Get Hong Kong PayPal and use Woocommerce with that (they support native checkout)
3) Use CCbil as I heard good stuff about them.

* forgot to mention. can also form a company in UK or any EU country if that means better payment processors

Hard to find a trusted and good one

if you are legal then you can try sumup,square or even stripe

might as well try with us, don't require up-front fees or any BS fees
