Payment Processor For Digital Software Products?

I'm really hoping for some input here... I currently use SW Reg for digital processing of cell phone unlock codes. As of January 1, 2013 (in 3 says), SWREG will be closing ALL DIGITAL PRODUCT VENDORS accounts, and no longer accepting them. So... what alternatives are there to SWREG that accept most online digital goods, but PROTECT you from fraud and chargebacks/refunds?

My questions about any merchant alternatives would be:
-do they accept paypal as well?
- payout weekly?
- fee for every chargeback?
- accept digital download proof against refund/chargeback?

Please tell me any input on these:

1. 2Checkout
2. CCNow
3. RegNow

any other suggestions or input is greatly appreciated!

I haven't used 2Checkout but CCNow and RegNow are both from MyCommerce. I have used SWReg ( also from MyCommerce ) for the past two years and never had any problem. They accept paypal, they send payment every thusday ( you get weekly payments only after 4 months - 4 payments ), refunds are low, chargebacks are low, I think the fee for chargebacks is also low.

But refunds and chargebacks depend on the quality of your product.

Thanks for the input, but you apparently didn't read my post. I'm USING SWREG for 4 years, but their chargebacks/refunds are too high and they are closing most digital seller accounts in 3 days.... thats why i'm looking for an alternative
 
Oops, sorry my mistake didn't read everything. Well if your refunds/chargebacks are high on SWReg I don't know any alternate payment processor that accepts this kind of products, most of them will mark as fraud. 2Checkout will ban you really quick and CCNow & RegNow are both from MyCommerce as SWReg.

Maybe the quality of your product is low and that is why people ask for refunds.

It's not that, but the fact that SWREG consider's a paypal dispute as a CHARGEBACK which is different. Also, swreg offers no way to dispute chargebacks. The product is digital and its popular for customers to try to get it for free after they receive the product by complaining or filing a chargeback. But if a payment processor also accepted digital shipping proof services then it would prove customers received their product which then can't be disputed
 
Lol I have the same type of business and the same problem. i tried everyone who supports paypal and have failed. Used to sue 2checkout but they kicked me off. Any ideas on what to use guys?

I use Plimus I like it a lot (now called Bluesnap), only downside is you now have to tie your own PayPal into to accept direct PP payments but it is nice as I get my PP $$s instantly and my CCs and other payment forms all at once once per month for bills, used to be able to just accept without an account. But it handles downloads, updates, etc. and works well for me. 2CO is a good alternative.
