Hello, I have a website where I sell services related to resell products (such as supplier contacts, etc.). Stripe does not allow us to use their service for this use case. Do you know of any payment processors that would allow this, or any possible workaround?

Thanks!

How about offering crypto or PayPal? Stripe usually blocks this kind of stuff. Crypto is the safest in my opinion. PayPal can work too, but it’s risky.

It depends on what you sell and if it's high risk or not. From experience most of processors don't really care if you provide the service yourself or not as long as you don't get chargebacks

Yeah but you need a kyc account for it.

Crypto is a safe way to go. Additionally you may accept a service like PerfectMoney to expand your payment methods, and allow users to buy you a giftcard on something like G2A or Kinguin to pay with instead.

Also instructions to Binance for buying crypto will work really well

Stripe is strict with reselling/business-opportunity services, so this is pretty common. There’s no safe workaround with Stripe. Most people switch to alternatives like 2Checkout/Verifone, Paddle, PayMaster, or crypto processors, just make sure everything is transparent and compliant.

I might try PayPal. Crypto is not an option for now, since most people don’t want to set up a crypto wallet, wait for account approval, add crypto, and then pay. The sales process is simply too long.

I need something where people can just add a card, pay, and I can receive the money and then send it to my bank or wherever needed.

I will check the payment processors mentioned. Crypto is not an option for the reasons mentioned above, but I may add it later.

Thanks everyone so far for the replies.

Crypto payments are another solid alternative choose a processor that supports your niche for reliable transactions.

This usually is not about reselling itself, but how the product is classified under risk rules.
Mainstream processors like Stripe and PayPal are very strict with digital services tied to third-party access, contacts, leads, or facilitation. “Supplier contacts” often gets treated as lead-selling or intermediary services, which they consider high risk due to chargebacks and disputes.

Common options
High-risk or mid-risk processors that explicitly support digital services and intermediary models. Fees are higher and onboarding is stricter, but accounts are more stable once approved.
Alternative payment methods like crypto or bank transfers. These are more tolerant but usually have lower conversion.
Some try reframing the product as research or consulting rather than “contacts,” but this only works if it is genuine. Cosmetic wording does not survive manual reviews.
Workarounds like using other people’s accounts or hiding the business model usually end with frozen funds.
Long term, the safest route is using a processor whose acceptable use policy actually matches what you sell, even if it costs more.

What country is the business in? PayPal, Stripe and other options could be good

Some merchants in similar spaces operate by restructuring their offer as digital consulting or educational content which can open doors to processors that normally reject resale related services.

Looking into niche friendly payment gateways or using an aggregator that specializes in high risk industries can be a practical way to accept payments without running into constant declines.
