Payment processor charges for every declined transaction - is that a normal practice?

Hello. I want to know is it normal that our payment processor charges us $0.35 per every declined transaction?

Hey, I think this is not normal. I've tried several payment processors but non of them charged me for failed transactions. I currently use Stripe, it doesn't too.

Hi. This definitely isn't normal. Although processors and reselling agents can add on any additional costs they may seem necessary, have a decline charge is not ordinary.
