Hey, im from canada and can't open a cashapp account, but have several clients from the US and paypal just freezed my account with still money in it. Is there an alternative to paypal? (even crypto is okay)

use Binance app
accept all crypto and convert it to USDT and keep it.
can sell it for cash or bank transfer or pay any crypto to anyone.
Does Binance ask for Know Your Customer KYC details? and can you register business accounts there?

Cheers

I think pay pal is the most popular in the West. There won't be any problems with customers if you don't have pay pal?

Why don't you create an account on Wise. It is the best payment method out there. You will have a US, UK and even Canadian Bank account while being outside of the mentioned-countries. You can then ask your clients to pay you via direct bank transfer and you will receive the money in your Wise account. You can later withdraw the money into your bank account (the one you have in your own country."

Payoneer is a great competitor to PayPal. You might want to give it a shot too but my vote would always be for Wise.

Paypal will use any excuse to freeze your money, you should use crypto, skrill, payoneer etc..

Venmo, iCard, Payoneer, Revolut

Personally using Revolut every day, I don't even have a physical card with them, just added the VCC to google pay and paying with my phone. All transactions are either zero-fee or a very small fee.

As for KYC, every app will ask you for ID and address verification. Otherwise, you can easily avoid taxes and governments don't like that.
