it works but you will likely have a payment suspect ban at start, but can be easily lifted. Wise also isnt so bad for cards, but the best yes for first payments are cards from physical banks.

On new accounts ? Cause on batchs of new accounts, many got ban for payment suspect, but yes then you can lift the suspension easily
 
Yes, I don't know how you guys are using payoneer cards because prepaid cards are not working for me...

Yes it wont, or at least not with a new account, maybe an account that have already spend they are talking about
 
I have used both payoneer and wise cards (payoneer was physical card, wise was virtual) without any issues.
Although one time with wise I got suspended for suspicious payment, which was lifted within 30 minutes.
 
I think you need try Agency accs with credit line. You can start without problem (payment method)
 
Any form of payment is acceptable. Personal accounts can have problems with suspicious payments, so be careful.
 
Need to check if your direct payment method is working?
 
Payoneer cards works fine for most of US accounts
 
Try cards, created for ads you can find them here there are some discounts sometimes
