For hassle free payments in future please get a business Paypal. You can register yourself for sole proprietorship and get current bank account with VISA cards.

For credit card, ICICI bank provides you one against Fixed Deposit locked in for at least 1 year. The limit of card will be decided by bank according to your savings,FD and/or previous ITR. If your numbers are decent then you can get limit on your card of 80% of your FD e.g ₹ 20,000 against FD of ₹ 25,000.

20k limit is neither big nor small. It gets your work done.

Perhaps other banks do the same too but ICICI surely does.
