Now I use my friend's account.

Can I connect my new credit card to his account ?

does Facebook recognize name on the credit card ?

The name written on the Credit Card and the user account name should be same or Facebook will block the ad account. Also, you can't link the same card on multiple accounts.

Even if this is a new credit card under your name, you cannot use it from your friend's account (Unless both your names are the same)

try to make a new account and link your credit card and contact facebook that you're have trouble with your real facebook account
