If you are a seller of SMM services, proxies, etc, then NOWADAYS, it is safe for you as a seller AND for your buyers, NOT to use Paypal, card processors to sell nor buy such services (SMM services, proxies, etc).
In Paypal & card payment processor's (card payment gateways) T&Cs it is (always) mentioned that they prohibit counterfeit products & counterfeit services AND prohibit items that facilitate to engage in illegal activity.
SMM services by them (Paypal & card payment processors) are considered as counterfeit because they (Paypal & card payment processors) are aware that most SMM service providers use automation & bots.
Proxies : Though not every proxy user is engaged in illegal activity, lately there has been an increase of online illegal activities and such scammers often use proxies and it is due to this that they (Paypal & card payment processors) nowadays consider proxies as a high-risk item (product) which is prone to be used for engaging in illegal activity.
Therefore, Paypal & card payment gateways NOWADAYS are prone to suspend accounts of sellers of SMM services, proxies, etc. We cannot deny the fact and reality that a lot of SMM service providers (sellers) mention about the same everywhere (BHW, Reddit, etc)

Hence, NOWADAYS, in the interest of BOTH the sellers AND BUYER'S of SMM services, proxies, etc, it is better to keep your Paypal, etc accounts safe and rather accept crypto.
There is still a myth that crytpo payments are not refundable. This is not at all true. Even NOWADAYS people are confused between a chargeback and a refund.
Buy SMM services, proxies, etc from reputable providers who have decent refund policies and then if incase the product or service you buy do not work as advertised, then you can get a refund even if you paid using crypto (referring to reputable proxy providers who has decent refund policies).
Trends are changing and we need to adapt to these trends or be ready to be left behind. As a buyer of SMM services, proxies, etc, why risk your Paypal account towards getting suspended ? And as a seller why not take personal responsibility to protect your buyers by educating your buyers about such trends so that your buyers remain safe from their Paypal, etc accounts getting suspended ?

I agree with you, i was using credit cards since 3 years on my website smm panel, and everything was smooth with no one ask for charge back all this years. Suddenly before 15 days the provider decision not to accept any business that are high- medium risk.
I went to trust Piot to check if this was only me , but i found many other customers facing same problems with them. However my sales getting down by around 60%. Credit cards is very important to any business , sadly not all people know how to use Crypto or maybe payeer also.

It's starting to grow up and many users of smm panels start aware of it , but until huge percentage dont know how to use it.

What majority of sellers of SMM, proxies, etc are not even yet realizing is that the reason why Paypal, card processors are nowadays highly flagging SMM, proxies, etc as high-risk, is due to the recent rise in scammers using proxies for illegal activities and the fact that SMM services use bots, etc and these both go against Paypal, card processors T&Cs . So, nowadays, (Paypal), card processors will not accept an application if they know that it is for the selling of SMM, proxies, etc and existing sellers using (Paypal), card processors for selling SMM, proxies, etc, are fast getting their (Paypal), card processing accounts suspended.
If more and more sellers of SMM, proxies, etc open their eyes and realize and accept this reality, then more and more sellers of SMM, proxies, etc, will embrace crypto, as crypto is the only viable option. But, it is (for me atleast, sorry to say), VERY SURPRISING that sellers of SMM, proxies, etc are unwilling EVEN NOW to realize this reality.
What will happen if more and more sellers of of SMM, proxies, etc embrace crypto ? It will BENEFIT ALL the sellers of SMM, proxies, etc, IF ALL the sellers of of SMM, proxies, etc, NOW ONWARDS start saying the TRUTH to their buyers (potential buyers), that "Hey, NOWADAYS if a buyer buys SMM services, proxies, etc using Paypal, then NOWADAYS Paypal is prone to suspend even the buyer's Paypal accounts, because, now SMM, proxies, etc selling & buying, are against Paypal (and card processors) T&Cs ", (which is the truth), and then "So, it is not worth risking your Paypal account, right ? Why not pay with crypto ?"
Imagine is ALL sellers of SMM, proxies, etc move as in the way explained above, then ALL buyers of SMM, proxies, etc will start paying with crypto !!!!!!!
Personally, I have been trying my individual best to open the eyes of sellers of SMM services, proxies, etc to move in this right direction. But, unfortunately it seems sometimes people are not interested to survive in their businesses. It is what it is and the sellers who are unable to realize and adapt to current trends, nowadays will struggle to make their their businesses survive .
EDITED to add : And by the way, due to various platform's algorithms doing wild breakdance moves nowadays, SMM services are experiencing turbulences, which is resulting in a spike in disputes and chargebacks in Paypal & card processors, which is making Paypal & card processors to now consider SMM services as VERY high-risk.
