The only real way i know (and i'm not recommending it not offering it) is stealth paypal / payonner. This is the only way people usually do and keep doing for a long time

If it's a licensed IPTV service, look for a payment gateway that explicitly supports IPTV/high-risk merchants. Always confirm they accept your business model before integrating.
