But they don't act as the reseller / Merchant of Record. So many people use them while they just provide the payment methods and don't handle the accounting part for you (VAT collection & remittance).

I've heard about each of them, but didn't try them.

Do they all act as the Merchant of Record (collecting and remitting VAT taxes) by reselling your product?
