I am planning on opening a new e-shop that it will be selling replica watches, garments, electronics etc.

My problem is that i cannot find the right solution for payments. All big credit processing companies specifically state that you cannot sell counterfeit goods.

    Any ideas??

Will it be wise to use as payment gateway Paypal and it's credit card proccesing facility?

I don't have to mention that all products descriptions will be "disguised" in order to avoid uneccesary attention.

    What are your thoughts?

The thing is i want to accept CC without obligating my users open accounts to these places..
    Is that possible?
Another thing is that both plimus and alertpay specifically state that replica goods are not accepted

Forget about paypal. They will freeze/limit your account and trap your funds. You can try safecharge, but I heard they only take big monthly money transactions now.

I can help you out with this, I have been selling merchant account for almost 4 years now. I can tell you exactly what NOT to put if you want to be approved. The big thing to worry about is chargebacks. You could be accepted by a high-risk processor, or even a regular processor (just hide the fact that you are selling replicas). If you start to get a lot of chargebacks your account will be shut down. Depending on how you plan to have your business set up, your best bet might be to get a regualr merchant account and just hide the fact that you are selling replicas, keep your chargebacks to a minimum and everybody is happy. Of course if your volume starts to get up there ($50,000 or more per month) you will start to be asked more questions.

You see when someone issues a chargeback and they win their dispute, that buyer has to be paid back in full for their purchase. If the merchant has alreasy withdrawn that money, it has to ome directly out of the processor's pocket (in which case the merchant would be blacklisted for life and never get another merchant account from any company).

The key thing is to be smart, if you are providing your customer with a quality product and they are happy with it, you shoudl nto have any prblems. But, for instance, if you tell your customer that what you are selling is real and charging them the full price; you WILL get chargebacks and eventually be shut down. Hope this helps you out-let me know if you ahve any more ?'s

I don't intent to sell replica goods for real..I will clearly state that all goods are replicas/imitations of high quality.
If you have some high risk accounts just send me a link to see if we can cooperate.
