Payment Gateway for IPTV?

try to use legitime stealth accs (stripe or paypal) + cloak them

I lost two Payoneer accounts with IPTV, so don’t even bother with them

There is no way payoneer could have worked for IPTV, what made you think it would work?
Mostly iptv works with stripe or paypal with cloaking, only if you are experienced in managing the whole setup

Stealth or offshore gateway accounts like stripe/paypal with cloaking works the best for IPTV. Have been using this setup for over a year now.

Don't think a stealth paypal would survive 15k/month, OP definitely needs a bigger setup than that.
 
For these gray area niches crypto payments work best, there’s a lot of solid easy to implement gateways like CoinPayments or NowPayments. Their APIs are super easy to work with.
 
Just avoid PayPal, they will always flag your account sooner or later.
Is very annoying when many customers has paid for the services and the payment method you are using just ban your account.
 
in my experience cloaking setup is the only way to sell IPTV, there is no way you could find a legit processor accepting iptv
