I've been using IPTV for a while now
I've tested a few service providers in the past but personally I find These guys to be by far the most stable.
I've used they're service for the last year and have close to no complaints, even if so they answer super quick via telegram.

Anything after that would require fake invoices and dummy sites.

You need some 3rd world country provider maybe. Stripe usa is too much about all this. Russian iptv dont have problems receiving payments with credit cards. I pay myself.
