The best option is to work with a local bank that provides a white‑label website. Alternatively, there are payment providers based in Dubai; I currently work with some of them and the results have been excellent, although their commission rates tend to be slightly higher. They offer both Google Pay and Apple Pay support.

The most obvious option you got will be crypto, especially for IPTV niche. Payment gateways for your niche require cloaking.

They do not have recurring paymnts with card possible. Though, recently I've integrated their recurring payments with crypto thing.

crypto checkouts are always shady to customers and they usually scare majority of customers off, A decent visa/mastercard checkout or paypal checkout has no comparison, It's just you can't use regular stripe/paypal here you will need bypassed solutions like UniqPayments, Riskgates or Nomupay
