So i have a question regarding Payment Processors and Acquirers.

So i applied on multiple Payment Procesors and all of them didnt accept my business model cause its a ,, high risk business ''.

I have an Payment Processor that would want to work with me but they sadly can't do the Acquiring for it so i decided to make a 2nd Online Store and apply to the acquirer with it.
I will most likely get accepted with that Shop and then the Acquirer would link up with the Procesor, and i could start taking Visa / Mastercard payments for the 2nd shop which i set up to cover my 1fst Shop.

So how it would work is i would just use the API KEY, which i got from my Payment Processor for the ''2nd Shop'', copy the API key into my Main shop / first shop.
That means the payments actually come from my first shop and my question is if it can be detectable cause i mean the Acquirer should get the information from my payment processor that the payments came in from THIS API KEY (which is registered on the 2nd shop but acutally used on the first shop)

Also i think Acquirers / Payment Processors only check the page once and thats on the sign up step i dont think they ask questions after that. The Payment Processor and the Acquirer are from the same country i am operating (Inside Europe)

i would like to hear your opinion on it.

To have a 2d online store is not a good idea from the banks perspective. How much per month you plan to process?

Why does it matter to the bank if i have a 2nd store ? The Bank would receive the money from my Acquirer. We are currently very small but looking to expand maybe 10k per month arround that.

The danger with what you just mentioned is when they find out, it can be a very big problem for you. You risk losing your accounts and have your funds held for a long period. Why not use payment processors that accept his risk businesses?

They will do regular checks always not just at the start take care of that

when the payment is made the payment gateway sends everything over to your payment processor and the bank also gets that they will know which domain the transaction came from. you will get banned for that and possibly on the MATCH list which means you can't process for 5 years and you get blocked listed. when you setting up a payment processor is also bad to apply to more than 1 at a time and also back to back your information is shared and they can see that you were declined

Well to follow up guys, i exactly did that, i signed up and linked them a normal store but i used the API - Key on my „highrisk“ store and it worked out for 2 months now.

No issues at all and i asked the payment processor if the Acquirer knows from which site the payments get done and he said NO the acquirer doesnt get that information.

Seems like we bypassed that for now..

Each payment gateway has industry restrictions.
