It doesnt work this way, the processor is the middleman, the banks make the decision. The card brands make the decision. The processor is just the one raking in the fees in the middle so they are happy to see chargebacks when you get them.Even if the problem then shifts to chargers and disputes. That's why I'd like to find a high-risk payment processor that favors the seller and not always favors the customer. I'm using some friendlies services, and this helps keep the chargerback rate below an acceptable percentage.
