Strip wants $0.30 plus 2.7% that's makes it difficult to profit

I am using Stripe, but they are charging 2.5% only. Which is lesser than paypal.

PayPal is a great option where they're only asking for 0.115. but not many users use PayPal. I want to accept debt/credit cards too

If you are accepting Credit/Debit cards, then stripe is best option.

They're charging 30cent beside the plus 2.7%, check their pricing page!

PayPal does accept cards without account registrations, however, it's a common missconception they don't. Especially for people that don't have PayPal accounts.
So yeah, I suggest you use another service for card payments. Sorry, but don't know what to recommend you for micro-transactions though...
* Don't use sketchy russian ones - everyones cards get declined and your site will be stamped as a scam site.

are we talking about a registered company?
if so, I think its more profitable to let your clients prepay an account for you.
my example, integrate with a mobile pay operator or a third party website. when the user reaches your website or whatever and wants to buy your 1$ product, he will instead pay for that service and you will ofer your product also. its a double-triple win situation if you also get money from that 3rd party source.
let me be more specific.
I have myownwebsite which sells naked woman posters for 1$. Instead of client paying me 1$ for that poster, I will redirect him to pay 1$ for something else (he will reach ONLY the final payment page) and that account (something else) will be filled with 1$ everytime and I will send him also the poster that he bought from my website. but the reality is that he paid for something else which you could get money for it.
its your job to make a research and choose whats fits you the best.
