Payment gateway and advertising options for Adult Nutra

I came across an opportunity where I can get supplement products related to adult nutra products like viagra, etc direclty from manufacturer.

I checked about payment gateways and not able to find a suitable partner.

What kind of advertising and payment process would help to run this business in EU & UK region?

Payment processing in this field is pretty complex, I would suggest having multiple mid's & cloaking + setting up a payment orchestartion.
 
Viagra is not a supplement, it's a medicinal product. Therefore...if you're not a licensed pharmacy (especially in Europe/UK) you will not find any payment processor or advertising company who's willing to work with you. So the only way will be cloaking for both ads and payment processing. And even that will be hard to pull off.
 
Dont run these directly or you will get banned fast. for adult nutra you can use a cloaker like Trafficshield or Trafficguardian,jci to stay safe. i also prefer cloaking for my high risk campaigns because without it accounts get flagged instantly. For payments try trust payments or axcess, they usually accept nutra without issues.

You’ll likely need a high-risk merchant account via a specialized acquirer that supports adult/supplement verticals. Expect higher fees,reserves but much higher volume on your side also. Stability and compliance matter more than chasing the cheapest rate.

You nailed it. Viagra is not a supplement, it's pharma. No legit processor in EU/UK will touch this without a pharmacy license.

Let me check with manufacturer if they are licensed for EU/UK as that will make it easy. They have some ayurvedic/natural formulas as a supplements as well.

Has nothing to do with the manufacturer. You are the one who needs to be licensed. If you dont even know that you should not go into that niche

This is my first attempt in this so, thanks for pointing that out. Nutra or Meds or anything related to pharma is new to me, so learning as fellow members help and comment.

Get a corp in a respectable country, set up front site selling some low risk products with similar price point to what you want to sell. Then use a gateway with hosted payment page to sit in the middle between you and processor. In most scenarios the processor will never figure out your real urls.
 
Verticals such as Pharma will require a high risk payment processor. They will handle the backend - cloaking, rotation, layered setups, MIDs etc. Issue is that they only onboard clients with proven volumes... starting around 50k-100k/monthly.

As you are new to this side of the market, I presume you won't have the volume to start hence the best solution I can suggest is to learn how to cloak.

Adult nutra in EU/UK isn’t impossible, but you need to treat it as regulated health marketing, not generic supplements. Most aggregators will decline you, you’ll likely need a high-risk merchant account with proper medical disclaimers and compliant labeling. On ads, avoid direct ED claims and focus on wellness positioning, SEO, affiliates, and adult-friendly networks instead of Meta/Google. If the product crosses into prescription territory, no payment or ad strategy will save it without full regulatory approval.

100% agree. If you want to do things right, that's the way. Then there are options to skip some of these steps and cut some corners. It depends on the appetite of each one for the risk. I would not recommend it but I met people in the past with creative strategies who found the right loopholes.

Guys this group is a scam, beware of that. I got scammed over 3k+ from the seller in this group and the owner blocked me. So beware

Entering the adult supplement (nutra) space in the EU & UK, especially products similar to Viagra is possible, but it comes with strict regulatory, advertising, and payment constraints.

This is considered high-risk due to:
Chargebacks.
Regulatory sensitivity.
“Adult” positioning.

What works:
-High-risk friendly PSPs.

Look into:
- PayOp.
- Segpay.
- Authorize.Net (via high-risk MID only).
- CCBill.


You will likely need:
- A dedicated merchant account (MID).
- Strong KYC + business model explanation.
- Clean website (no aggressive claims).
