payment error

How many cards have you added?
Have you tried making payments a few times before reaching the threshold to push Meta again?
Give it a try!

This often happens when Meta flags an account or payment method for risk, even if the card itself is still working normally.

I've seen automatic payments fail when accounts are newly created, cards are changed, or there are unusual spending habits. To maintain a stable account, you shouldn't change cards too often and should spend regularly according to Facebook's regulations.

it's usually not an account error but a payment setup issue. check whether your card has sufficient balance and whether auto-payments are enabled. many cards block threshold-based payments by default until they're manually approved

this happens when facebook detects some unusual activity in your ad acc
ensure your card has enough fund, and try to pay manual after 30min-1h

The problem might be with the card or the account. Try changing the payment card associated with your account. If that doesn't work, then try changing the account. I had a similar problem with one of my accounts before; I even had to manually monitor the balance until it reached a certain threshold to make the payment, which was very inconvenient.

I asked a few friends who had a similar problem, and they all said that it was impossible to fix, and they accepted manual payments to that account. If that's inconvenient, you can use a different account. Because I've noticed this problem only occurs with a very small number of accounts.

double check your payout method, make sure all documents are approved and that your account is fully verified most platforms block auto payments until thats done.

What type of account are you using? Some of my accounts are experiencing the same issue.

This is a billing trust issue, not an ads issue.
Most common causes:
  • Card/bank blocks automatic or recurring charges
  • New or low trust ad account
  • Country or currency mismatch
What to do:
  • Use a card that supports auto-billing
  • Call your bank to whitelist Facebook charges
  • Make manual payments for a while to build trust

My account cannot automatically process payments when the threshold is reached.
Can anyone help me with the answer?
What type of account are you using, a personal account or BM account?

You can also try removing and re adding the payment method that often resets it. Make sure you don’t have any unpaid invoices in your Ads Manager either.

It’s usually due to payment issues, the account’s trust level, or unusual activity. You should check your payment method, see if there are any failed transactions, and review your account quality.

This issue is highly likely due to your payment method rather than the account. Sometimes when spending reaches a threshold, it requires us to confirm manually. So check if automatic payment is turned on. If it is already on, try adding a different card or switching accounts to check the cause.

Sometimes the issue is a pending verification or an outdated payment method updating your details and confirming everything with support usually resolves it.

This usually means your payment method or billing info isn’t fully verified, so recheck payment settings and ask support to review the payout threshold issue.

How many times have you added your card already? MetaPay anticipates the risk associated with the card, which is why it doesn't automatically process payments. Try making a few smooth manual payments beforehand to see if that works.
