my card still has money but i cant click pay for my account please help me

This is a common error when you run Facebook ads a lot, you will see this error, try adding another card to the payment account to see if the error has been fixed, note that the new payment card must have money and has never used Facebook before is best.

This could be due to your card’s settings or Facebook’s payment verification. Check if your card allows international transactions and if it’s verified properly on Facebook. If not, contact Facebook support for help.

I experienced the same thing some time ago. Sometimes it's just a strange bug, so try refreshing or changing your browser. Contact support if that doesn't work; they can usually resolve the issue quickly.
 
This error may be due to FB's control policy, you should add a new tag and refresh the browser to check if the error has been fixed.

You need to add a new card. Then wait about 1 hour and use a new FB account to pay.
 
Try changing the payment method, using a completely different method than the old one.
 
You need to add a new payment card, refresh or change your browser. Contact support if that doesn't work; They can usually resolve the problem quickly.
 
This happens very often with FB ads. Remove the current card and add a new one, preferably one that hasn’t been used on facebook before and it should have funds on it. And that should solve the problem.
 
Happened to me before too, sometimes FB bugs out. Try removing the card and adding it back, or use a different browser/device. If that doesn’t work, clear billing threshold by running a tiny campaign and see if it triggers payment. Worst case, reach out to Meta support, they can manually unlock it sometimes.
 
Sometimes I face this issue when I pay manually, but with auto payment, it takes payment without hassle.
 
You may need to change your payment method, card, IP address, and finally account.
