If no amount was withdrawn, Meta may not have processed the payment correctly. If the problem persists, contact Meta support directly Choose "Billing and payments".Explain that your payments are not taken into account despite confirmations of success.

you need to wait about 1 hour to pay or you can add another payment method but still need to wait after a while

I have read many comments but it seems there is no solution. I have a solution for you is to use agency account. There will be payment available you will not have payment problem anymore but you will have to pay extra fee when you spend
 
It is possible that your account is HOLD, worse is restricted, the best way is to replace it with a new, healthier account

This account may be on hold, please continue to enable the campaign for the spending account, then add another card to the payment, note that the other card needs to have an amount 2-3 times larger than the current threshold. I think it will solve it, if not, it's best to replace another account :)
 
Your account has been placed on hold. Please clear the hold and your account will be back to normal.

Sometimes there are errors like hidden hold that prevent you from paying successfully. Have you tried replacing the card? If everything doesn't work, you should message meta support.

Your account is on hold
 
Reload your site and see what it says on the notif. Possibly "Approved Hold" or something related to "Hold". You can fix it yourself without any help

I also have a few accounts with such errors, maybe because FB is lagging at that time and wait a little while it will notify success, try contacting the local bank to ask about the card status. If it still does not resolve, your account is on hold, please replace another card or replace a new account.
 
Payment was successful but did you check your bank account to see if the money was deducted? The account may be on hold.

You create a new campaign, set the budget to $1, after the campaign is active, click pay
