payment error

i use new ad account after one hour the ads stopped cause payment error of 3 dollars i try to pay and i got success message!
but nothing change and the balance still 3 dollars i try after two days to use another card and the same problem apear success message but the balance is still and 0 payment in my credit card please i need help with that

I had the same problem as you, even if you add another card, you still can't pay.
I waited 3 days and then the payment was successful, but the account had the problem of not spending

Reach out to your bank to see if they are blocking the transactions. Sometimes, banks flag international transactions as suspicious
 
put him away and check back with him in 4-5 days, then maybe the payment will be successful, if still not successful then you should dump him.

If you have tried everything but it still doesn't work, you should contact meta support.
 
account has a problem hold or try changing to another payment method

Maybe your account is on hold. If not, use a Facebook account that can chat with meta support to get the most accurate answers. Remember that account must be an administrator of the account
