Payment DECLINED! - Customer unable to purchase?

Hi there!
I have recently run into the issue that customers visiting my landing page, who then try to purchase through my affiliate link, cannot place an order once they reach the order page. I tried it myself and I seem to get the same issue. Asked some friends, and they too cannot place an order either.
You can leave all the credit card information but the moment you press "ORDER NOW", it says something like "card was declined, try a different one".
The problem is that I am currently unable to make any affiliate commission because of this.
Does anyone know what this is and what causes it?
Or even better, how to fix it?

You need to contact the seller of the product. Payment provider issue can be there.

I actually have this issue on all products I have tried. It is almost as if the order pages connected to my affiliate ID cannot make sales. It doesn't make sense as I have done nothing to violate any terms.

I already have but they haven't responded. And in the meantime I wanted to see if other people are facing this issue and maybe knows what is going on.
