Maybe in some countries when paying for advertising bills to Facebook there will be a fee for the bank (usually this fee is quite high).
I am in VietNam and usually have to pay the exchange rate from VND to USD and add nearly 1% payment fee.
Do you have any useful solutions?

when you use tailored VCCs this doesnt happen. You can use virtual banks.

I have used it but buying USD and depositing it to a virtual wallet is more expensive than paying through a bank.
 
Every currency conversion costs money so you can choose the cheapest conversion methods to use like using a card that matches the country you make payments to FB and convert the currency to that country

That is the foreign currency conversion fee of all banks.
 
Unfortunately, this problem also exists in my country. However, a 1% fee is not very high.
