You try adding a new card as the main card to see if you can pay.

This is common, I'm familiar with it. You can use Virtual Credit Cards. Some cards/ BINS are not acceptable to specific sites. You can search VCC in search bar and seller are here , use their services. VCC are good as you can get customised card and don't need to give actual details to card. You can put random. Hopefully this will work for you thanks!

Recently Facebook has tightened the payment issue a lot, they always have hidden regulations on payment, for example, the card is not secure enough --> payment is unsuccessful, so you should change the BIN of the new card and try not to let your card run out of money, if the payment history is not good, it will lead to your account not being reputable enough and being marked by Facebook and requiring continuous card verification.

If you add a new card and still cannot pay the bill, let contact Facebook support team. They will help you to pay that bill. In the meantime, you should have another account to use to avoid wasting time.

I'm familiar with it. There are several merchants that don't allow the card, sometimes because of your residence area. You may try with your other card instead of using the same card.

Please wait a while and then pay again, do not try to pay too quickly, it will be easy to be restricted by manual payment

Sometimes the system just blocks certain cards temporarily. Using a different verified card or trying from another device often resolves it.

You could also check if your billing address exactly matches what the bank has on file minor mismatches can trigger declines even with sufficient balance.

Just untie and link the card again, and everything will be fine.

Yes, I also saw a similar problem on one of my accounts, but after waiting a while and trying to pay again, it was successful. I thought it was because my profile was spammed :suspicious:

Yes, this sometimes happens when Meta's payment system delays deducting money from the card. Even small overdue amounts can temporarily flag the payment method.
