Paying with google checkout and refunds

Hi

I've paid a guy through Google checkout $1000. For Building sites 6 in total.
He has finished one I'm happy enough with. The other one that is urgent, he is just not doing it.
So basically he has built one site finished, and another one that's nearly finished but it's been nearly finished for the last 2 weeks.
So he owes me 4 sites really five because the other one is useless it doesn't work.
So in total he owes me $160 dollars each for 4 sites, $680 I really do not want these 4 remaining sites built and want a refund for this amount. By the way it was only meant to take 4 to 7 days. It's been a month.
Do you think Google will understand the situation and refund me. after I ask him for one of course.
And do you think I am being unreasonable.

I dont think you're being unreasonable, if they say they can do it and they dont then surely thats false advertising and you're entitled to a replacement/refund?
send an email to him that you either want the websites completed by x date or a refund.
then you can prove that you have tried to resolve it

if google checkout are unreasonable just call you card company and initiate a chargeback...I think a lot of people will be doing that
