Paying someone to setup Scrapebox contact form sumbission tool

Hi Guys

I've recently purcahsed Scrapebox, never used it before. I purchased it for it's contact form sumbission tool.

I'm looking for someone to set it up for more and let me know of any best practice when using it, I've heard you have to change IP's when using etc?

If anyone is knowledge in this, happy to pay for your time to set this up for me.
