Paying someone to help me with IP change on apps on an android emulator

As title mentions, i am looking for someone who can help me to change IP on the apps level on an android emulator. So far, I have tried a lot of methods but they only work on the browser level of the emulator. I would need to be able to change to the proxy IP on the app level of the android emulator.
