Hey guys, I am starting a completely new project, and I was wondering if anyone would be interested in posting for a pay. I am thinking around 10 cents per thread, and 4 cents per post? Prices are Negotiable.

I think the OP is trying to develop his forum. I've seen similar requests to this one. Basically, he must need you to post relevant topics and make his forum seem busy and active. This is often referred as 'forum boosting'...
 
The payout is too low in my opinion.
