Is there a site where you can hire people to order the free trial of your affiliate product and they pay them a percentage?

For example, it will cost them $3, but they will be paid $10 or $15?

There's places like Microworkers where you can hire people to do that for cheap. They are normally called "micro jobs".

I'd advise against using similar approach. You may get a dollar or two but in the end of the day it's not that hard for the advertiser to determine the quality of your leads.

This would be considered incentivized traffic.
Better make sure it's cool with the cpa network before doing it.
