Basically, I want to make a blog, but I am having a lot of trouble finding a niche to base my blog on. I have no cash up front to pay for the niche, but you have my word that once I have reached $15, I will give it to you.

Find something uncommon that you know a lot about. You'll find it easiest to blog about that.

It may not sound like much help but if you're talking about a topic you don't really know and your readers can tell you don't know what you're talking about they won't consider your advice/suggestions.
