Now I know what your thinking, I only have one post I must not be legit but hold on!! I am a Youtuber with over 50k legit subscribers (willing to prove this on skype or something) I get over a million views a month and mainly focus on Minecraft content. Contact Twitter Advertising Department. It costs $5k

Even contacting Twitter ad dept. is not guaranteed. I know someone who knows someone (sounds sketchy, I know, but trust me ;p) that can do this for you, although it's minimal risk it requires lots of upfront cash. $1k.

Also, buying a verified twitter account is not a good idea because as soon as you change the name you will lose the verification, unless you contact Twitter first. Usually when you do request an name change you will have to go through personal verification which can get messy if you don't know a lot about the acc and it's origin.
