Paying for a method to withdraw USD cheaper on paypal

I'm paying someone who can give me a method to get my $ on my PayPal account to my € bank account.

My PayPal account is located in France so I can't withdraw in $, PayPal forces their bad convert rate so I loose a certain % of my money.

I also can't add any Us bank account like Transferwise to my Paypal.

I would like a method that allows me to get my money out of Paypal with a better convert rate and get it to my bank account after.

I'll give you a method for free, this is how I do it.

Get a USD visa card from your bank, you should probably be able to do that in any country in EU.
Now, you add that card to PayPal. PayPal will think that your card is in Euro, because it's from a country that has the main currency as euro and if you try to withdraw some money PayPal will try to convert them to euro with the worst exchange rate, on top of that you will have to pay a fee.

However, there is the catch: Call PayPal support, tell them that you added an usd card, but PayPal sees it as Euro, they will change the currency for that card, now you can withdraw any amount, just paying the withdraw fee that was $2.5 if I remember correctly.

Bonus method: Now, get yourself a revolut card, get a premium account(if you exchange a lot of money per month), add money from your USD card to your revolut card(make sure you select USD when you click the add button), exchange them to euro.

Right now if you try to withdraw money from Paypal to your card, on the final page your USD are converted into Euros, right?

Here's what you do.

1. Contact Paypal either with message or ever better call, and ask them to change your default withdrawal currency to USD. When they do you will be able to withdraw USD.

2. Simply withdraw USD to your card. When the USD hits your bank, your bank will convert the USD into Euro, and give you a much better rate than Paypal does.
