Paying 5000$ if you can bring back my Channel (Zero Strikes)

so my Channel was terminated today for really no reason, my Videos were under fair use, I had 0 Strikes, no community Strikes and no Copyright Strikes

also never absued tags or thumbnails, never mislead people.
