Yeah, they are pretty tight over there. I remember a while ago, I spoke with a person on here who knew the owner of CPA Tank. I asked him if he could get me in and he tried his best, by 3 way chatting me with the Owner. Even with THAT, the owner didn't seem to get around doing it, after saying he would.
