No negotiating the price, so basically I am looking to hire someone or to outsource this to and yes I will pay a finder's fee (15$) after a few projects become done.

When I say must record work, it means you have to use Fraps(dot)com to record yourself(you can use whatever recording software you want, but you must record yourself) for every hour that you work, I expect at least 55 minutes of continuous working time per hour, and allow me to view your work live through TeamViewer or Skype or whatever preferred streaming method you have when I request it.

So it is very simple, for every 55 minutes of recorded work is when you will get paid per 5$. If you have storage issues, you can record it to YouTube, Twitch, or some other streaming site, or upload it to DropBox and I will grab it.

If you want to be considered, in your PM or Post, please link to your work in Joomla, then provide a skype or e-mail.

Usually dont comment on these but...

I don't understand, I thought there would be some people who outsource there work here?

Out source $4 an hour??? It's funny to me how these threads pay pretty much nothing but you have the strictest requirements. People with real budgets don't even ask for what your asking.

on another note, try upwork - they have their own tracking system in place, you can view how active your freelancer is and screenshots are taken automatically.

I've been watching the thread, trying to respond without ranting or being too insulting.
I can't really even feed myself daily at $4/h on-call(unreliable).
Then you have all these crazy requirements, which tell me you are a high maintenance employer who does not trust his/her employees to do the job they are hired for. I feel I would spend more time convincing you the work I'm doing is actual work, than I would be able to dedicate to actually getting work done.

Why would I want to pass that trouble along to someone else who probably has an even harder time in life than me?

It should not be too strict of a requirement for me to watch you work?

And I don't quite understand how any work would be in question, unless of course you are working on two simultaneous projects aside from mine, which I find quite common.

Alright, I'll bump it up to $5 per hour, I use to work for that on Fiverr, even less when they take 20%.

yea but your not a developer. If you were you would realize that you would never work for $4 or $5 an hour.

Regardless try Upwork you might find a very desperate guy who will make a 2002 website design

OP, it is better you get a quote for a job completion basis. At the price you quote you can only get donkeys who may work hard but can not produce results

Please mate, find someone on Freelancer or UpWork. Finding a developer here for that rate will be very difficult.

Can't tell if troll or for real? $4 an hour for a coder and with those requirements? You're ridiculous....

Trying to charge that low for something is against the law in the United States. Min wage: 7.25/hr Ca/10

Had to check out this thread since I've been using Joomla since the day they split from Mambo and I've been a RocketTheme customer since 2005. Bro, no one who knows what they are doing will do this for that kind of money, my daughter works for McDonalds and makes twice that as a college student working towards her software engineering degree.

Best of luck outsourcing that too, it's hard to find an outsourcer that fits your requirements let alone your draconian working environment.

Peace,
Z

Don't pay if it helps the nerves, but don't put everyone under the lens 24*7 like a jealous touchy suspicious spouse. Are you that in your real life?
