Paying $35 To Fix An Error On WordPress Site! (Character Encoding!)

Most of my articles are showing weird characters when it comes to (" ' , )

I believe it has to do with character encoding for WordPress.

I have 0 knowledge of coding and would like to get this issue resolve. It's only displaying on mobile.

From the guides online, it seems like a simple fix - but I don't trust myself touching any codes unless it's someone with experience.

(I hope $35 is enough for this fix)
