As many of you know Payeer is a online wallet service i have been using it to buy from russian market as many russian shops accept payeer .I have deposited BTC which is less then $30 (0.0005) they have rule they will credit only if the payment is 0.0005 ($30+) I wrote to the support about this and asked either to refund or credit or i will send another $18 so that it becomes more than 0.0005 and they can credit me which they have denied so the $18 they cant refund or credit so who will keep the money ? The company ? its a pure scam .

I feel very bad ,feeling like a loser

I feel very bad .I'm literally crying for getting scammed in front of my eyes

at some time charity is these companies cleans the bad blood over the money

There are pretty bad reviews on Google about this company.

Maybe they choose who to scam.
If you have good relationships with them and offer something in return then probably they won't scam.

I have been in Russian business for some time and if there are Russian people behind desk then you can negotiate with them and talk openly.

Payeer is somewhat related to Russia.

Same with Yoomoney.
They scam too but not everyone.

Like others have said, it's a very cheap lesson

They have done themselves great harm because now anyone who searches for payeer will this and try to avoid them

I believe the purpose of the merge was clearly to migrate users to the new platform. Once I followed the steps, completed KYC, and reactivated my account, I had full access again. The support team was active and helpful.

I can confidently confirm that I have been actively using the new payeer platform for over two weeks and have explored most of its key services, including account merging, futures trading, KYC verification, and more. These processes were essential in allowing me to withdraw the funds I previously held on the old payeer platform.
Throughout this journey, I have observed that the platform consistently upholds the highest standards of quality, transparency, and security. The user interface has been significantly improved, and the continuous development shows real commitment to innovation and user satisfaction.
I would also like to extend my appreciation to the payeer team for their outstanding efforts in maintaining excellence across all areas of service:
Exceptional reliability in executing trades, even during times of high market volatility.
Advanced security measures, including device authentication and multi-layered encryption, ensuring users’ assets and data remain fully protected.
Responsive and trustworthy support, always ready to address any concerns quickly and professionally.
Overall, my experience with the new payeer platform has been nothing short of impressive. I’m truly grateful for the team’s dedication in restoring user trust and making it possible for long-time users like me to recover and continue trading with confidence.

Money doesn't just disappear, and Payeer doesn't "steal" it in a technical sense — but it's almost impossible to get it back.
