I lost 200 clicks of adwords and adsense on them!!... thats like atleast 3-4 sales!!!....

They are finally fixed the error but yeah I've lost also sales in 24 hours of payment gateway downtime.. I should send my rental bill to Fil saime

They need a more stable platform and their own CC processing instead of using PayPal for crap sakes....

Yeah they're crap, i bought something through them once using my

own affiliate link. And I did not get the commission !!

Shits me, shits me to tears. I hate gurus

Did he rob any of ur sales!!?

Yep! Never promote anything with paydotcom.com

it is really a ripoff!
paydotcom suck!

Haha, I remember when Ruck was around that dude said he made $180k off one ebook's pay in a year on paydotcom...

I've found it to be quite inefficient in the past as well, probably lost a lot of sales due to it.

then where do i promote my ebook !? :(

I am glad I read this thread. I was planning on using paydotcom for my upcoming product launch. I am looking for a less-anal-than-clickbank affiliate program. If anyone knows of any good alternatives to clickbank (who I'm quite sure won't allow *my* offering) or paydotcom please speak up.

My only experience with paydotcom was that I bought the "hyperviral" deal with my own affiliate link, and I got my 50% commission. For anyone who doesn't know what Filsaime's "hyperviral" deal was, it was a viral ad widget builder, PLUS Butterfly Marketing script, manuscript, tutorial videos, and *ALL* of the other crap he sells, including powerlink generator, that viral friend thingy, other assorted ebooks, popup software, and top level memberships to all of his membership sites, all for 500 bucks.

Not bad considering that the butterfly marketing package alone sold for $1495. Basically, for $500 you were getting everything Mike had to sell at that point. Since I got a $247 commission I only paid $250 for the butterfly marketing script, which is really all I wanted anyway.

But in doing this hyperviral deal, and another deal with players with money, I discovered what I call a "black hat back door" hack that enabled me to sell or buy items that the publishers had already discontinued or temporarily closed (like the hyperviral deal and players with money memberships) as long as the clickbank or paydotcom order pages were still online.

As I suspected, if you could find a way to get buyers to the clickbank or paydotcom order pages, EVEN THOUGH THE PUBLISHER'S LANDING PAGE SAID THE OFFER WAS "No longer available", those publishers (greedy as they are) would honor the orders anyway.

Pretty sneeky huh? You know what? Neither one of them has ever emailed me about it either, even though they were getting orders for products that had been closed for weeks and I was getting affiliate commissions. Crazy huh?

I *would* post the link here to at least one example, but I am new on this forum and it might be misconstrued as affiliate link spam. But I will do a camtasia video on this "black hat back door" order method soon. Another benefit of using my "black hat back door" method is that it gets the buyer to the order page without time for him (or her) to get his name and email "squeezed" by the publisher first.

Anyway, back to my subject (went on a tangent there, didn't I?)... I need an affiliate processor besides clickbank or paydotcom. Please chime in...

Obviously, my ebook/software package is black hat  so no way clickbank will approve. Help!

Never used PDC but was thinking about giving it a whirl... I remember Ruck saying he made a killing there once a whole back... Might reconsider now however... Hmmm!

PDC is far less reliable than its cousin ClickSpank, but all of the products I promote moved to PDC a long time ago so I'm stuck with them... :( But, I cannot tell you how many times I've found PDC has taken a shi*, and it really irritates me because I earn $35-$70 a day from one of their products, if they're online. I'd feel really ripped off if I was promoting it via PPC, thankfully mine is passive income.

For all you looking for alternatives-

I've been using E-junkie

Code:
www.e-junkie.com

ejunkie is good.....
and from what ive heard, ripping ebooks from their sites is not easy.... as compared to how effortlessly people get 2checkout and clickbank books ( see the members download section for proof)

I promoted one of Ruck's products through paydotcom a while back... i was making several thousands per month from this product alone.... excellent support, i have not had any problem, and the payments were always timely and early (first week of the month, smth like that). (but i guess that this was more due to the fact that Ruck was taking care of affiliates than due to paydotcom system).

The platform sucks big time however, a lot of avertisments and cross selling going on there, and the reports showing your commisions/visits/sales were poor and badly organized.
I do not think they had sub id tracking compared with clickbank.

It was a good alternative to clickbank because you were getting paid thorugh paypal, and you had a better relationship with the product creator- you could negotiate early payment.

Big disadvantage, you were getting paid from publisher separately, the commission were not summed up and paid to you.

I have only 2 issues with paydotcom..

1. the affiliates suck!..
2. their payment processor is down a LOT!... people who do PPC or other paid advertising loose a lot!!

I used to promote ClitBang a while ago, but got screwed by them. They sent me a commission check that my bank returned with the mention "Not enough funds". WTF B***H ??? Of course, being super organized like me helps to lose those super important papers. Oh well...

I'm also on pdc and thinking on moving my e book for the release of v2.
Is e-junkie any good for you Cash?

Any other suggestion guys?

Dzidze, E-junkie has been awesome for me. They even catch paypal hackers, and they secure my downloads for me. No fancy scripts, no protected sections, they hold my products in their "Vault" and only let legit. customers grab a copy. In addition, its cheap as hell. Like, $50 a month-FLAT FEE-for unlimited products.

I don't like Paydotcom. Kinda sad to see that The Best Spinner partners with them. Completely takes the motivation away from promoting them.

edit: It's the squeeze ads and the instant 10.00 negative balance that gets me.
