I just started generating payday loan leads and am trying to figure out how to sell them at auction to the highest bidder.

Is anyone familiar with this? I know LeadsGate sell their leads at auction to the highest bidder but wanted to do it myself and bypass networks like them. Are there auctions websites that do this online?
