payapl still reviewd my ID .

Hello ,
was log in to paypal when they said its un trusted action so I need to use sms - call or uplod id for verfication .
I uplod it they limited my account for 180 days but I could log in normal .
after 1 month I tried to log in , same error I uplod id again .
after 180 days passed I tried to log in they said they review my id !! its more than 5 months !
now I will call them BUT I dont have the ssn , maybe I use one maybe not but anyway I dont remeber it .
If I call they will ask for it or not ?
also what should I do , should I say if fake account and I need my money ?
sorry for my language , not my native and I am in hurry .

Why didn't you write down you SSN number especially when you WANT your money back.......?

I think I was stupid , or look what .. maybe I dont use one . Is that possible ?

If YOU don't remember what you did and did not do then this is a big trouble. What's the point in asking me? I can't smoother with my answer.

If you say fake id then they will banned that account and you didn't get single penny.

speak with them on the phone and I'm sure they will sort it all out with you.
